Rental Returns

There’s no need to wash your rental items. Just pop them back in the bag/box they arrived in (or any other suitable packaging) and drop them at your nearest DPD point.

Generate a label or QR code and find your closest drop off location via our returns portal:

Please try to return your items the morning after your last rental date. Then email [email protected] to let us know your order is on its way back.

We really appreciate prompt returns — this helps us wash and sterilise kit quickly so it’s ready for its next adventure.

Retail Returns

If the item you receive isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.

We don’t have strict 14- or 28-day rules. Instead, we put our trust in you to send unwanted items back as quickly as we sent them out — helping us keep stock levels accurate and giving the item the best chance of finding a new home.

How to return or exchange an item

  • Forward your order confirmation email (with order number) to [email protected]
  • Mark the subject as RETURNS
  • Re-use the original packaging where possible
  • Include a note with your order number and reason for return
  • Drop your parcel at a local DPD location using a label or QR code from our portal:
    https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/ECO_SKI
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt
  • Sorry, we cannot refund used items or items without tags

    Exchanges

    Please return your item as above for a refund, then place a new order on the website for your preferred item.

    Gifts

    If you’ve received an EcoSki item as a gift, you may return it for a credit note only. Please mention this clearly in your email.


    ⏳ Although there’s no set timeframe, we’d be grateful if returns are sent back promptly. We hold limited stock, and delays can mean an item misses its chance to sell. Thank you!
